Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration & Security
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered ct999i account. Operating multiple accounts — under the same or different names — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
Accurate Information
All registration information — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, email address, and phone number — must be accurate, complete, and current. ct999i will verify this information during KYC. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account termination.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ct999i login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ct999i will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Do not share your credentials with anyone.
KYC Verification

Deposits & Withdrawals
ct999i processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports a range of payment methods tailored to Pakistani users, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on ct999i.
Deposits

For bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, processing times and any applicable bank-side charges are determined by the user's own financial institution. ct999i accepts no responsibility for third-party fees levied by payment providers.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on your account. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours pending verification. Subsequent verified withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30–60 minutes; bank transfers within 2–4 hours during standard business hours.
ct999i reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, where account activity appears inconsistent, or where there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity. ct999i may withhold and forfeit funds where there is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or material Terms violations.
Bonuses & Promotions
ct999i offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are displayed at the point of offer within your ct999i account. The following general rules apply to all ct999i bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
- All bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements for each promotion are clearly stated at the point of offer.
- Bonuses are available to one account per individual, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account termination.
- ct999i reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotional offer has already been accepted by a user, the original terms of that offer will be honoured for that user's existing bonus balance.
- Bonus funds may not be used in combination with other bonus offers unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly permit stacking.
- Withdrawing real-money funds prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus balance and any winnings generated from bonus funds that have not yet cleared wagering requirements.
- ct999i may impose game-specific weighting on wagering contributions. Live casino games, sports betting, and slots may contribute different percentages toward satisfying a wagering requirement — this is specified within each promotion's individual terms.
- ct999i reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds in cases where bonus abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or collusion is suspected or confirmed.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

Sports & Cricket Betting
All cricket betting markets — including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20 fixtures — are subject to the official results declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or the relevant tournament organiser). In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result reversal, ct999i's settlement rules for the affected market will apply as specified within the betting interface at the time the bet was placed. In-play bets accepted after an event has concluded — whether due to a technical error or data feed delay — may be voided at ct999i's discretion.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ct999i. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
- Registering or attempting to register if you are under the age of 21, or if you are a person who has been self-excluded from ct999i or any platform operated under the same licence.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any third-party tool to access ct999i, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Colluding with other players, the house, or game software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on ct999i.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ct999i platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any ct999i content.

ct999i's total aggregate liability to any single user in connection with these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to ct999i in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ct999i does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, that all features will function without error on every device or network, or that any particular game or betting market will be available at any given time. ct999i performs scheduled and emergency maintenance and accepts no liability for interruptions during such periods.
ct999i does not guarantee any specific outcome from gaming or betting activity on the platform. All games and markets carry inherent risk of financial loss. Users participate at their own discretion and accept full responsibility for their gaming decisions. ct999i strongly recommends that all users engage with the responsible gaming tools available within their account dashboard.
Privacy & Data Use

Account Termination & Closure

Amendments to These Terms
